Overview of our mail-in tax return process:

  2. You will receive an email with next steps and mailing address to send in your documentation

  3. Once we receive your tax documents by mail, we scan them using a HIPAA-certified system to ensure security and confidentiality.

  4. After scanning, we begin preparing your tax return.

  5. We can either mail your original documents back to you or securely shred them—whichever you prefer.

  6. Once your return is ready, we’ll reach out to schedule a review. You can choose to meet in-office, via Zoom, or simply receive the return electronically for final review and signatures.
